FIRST Residential is the cornerstone of all FIRST
programs here at the School of Mines. Freshmen
living in the FIRST Community on 2nd floor Peterson have
the added advantage of living in a highly sociable
environment with fellow classmates. Additionally,
students have GPA's greater than 3.0 and can utilize the
in-hall academic support provide by FIRST Academic.
If you want to be FIRST at Mines and have every
opportunity to succeed, just check the FIRST box on your
housing application!
Remember, space is limited to 97 students. Its
