Palmerton Hall
Built in the late
1960’s and renovated in 2010, Palmerton houses more than
200 students and features 5 floors. Palmerton’s second
floor is exclusively for female residents who wish to
live in an all female community. Residents of this floor
have the choice for privacy by having the doors locked
to 2nd floor during the school year. All other floors
provide housing for men. All of the floors have common
area bathrooms and common lobbies in the middle of the
floor, as well as kitchen areas for student use.
Palmerton is now a
sustainable building. We are awaiting notification
of LEED certification. The building will be at
least LEED Silver (hopefully Gold). More on
sustainable building features coming soon!
