Residence Life Staff
Residence Life at the School of Mines provides on campus housing for more than
600 students. Resident Assistants/FIRST Assistants are the
foundation of the residence life system. Their job is to promote a spirit of
unity and an atmosphere conducive to study. Resident Assistants and FIRST Assistants will do that by helping create an environment that allows
all students to succeed in and out of the classroom. Being a Resident
Assistant or FIRST Assistant provides students with opportunities
to challenge themselves while helping others do the same.
Staff for 2008-2009 are arriving on campus this
weekend (August 23/24) for a week of training . . . look here for information
later this week on who they are and how they can assist YOU!
Residence Life
staff provide on-call coverage for the residence hall students. Their
schedule is posted on line
here.
